In continuation of my Despatch llo. 28 of the

22nd. January, 1915, I have the honour to report that no exchanges

of land in connection with the Sam Shui Po Improvement Scheme were

effected during the 1st. Quarter of the current year.

I propose in future to discontinue the quarterly return, and to report only when exchanges of land take

place.
